Many years ago, way back in the late 1980’s it was almost often meat and three veges for dinner.
When I finished University and did my OE starting in 1991 it opened my eyes to the magnificent variety of different foods from around the world. Since then I have always loved hot food from the many places that I have had the pleasure to visit. For some reason chilli was the main part of the meal, so much so that I have much experience of the many different varieties of chilli peppers.
I now have the opportunity that after my travels to bring together at one site well over 160 different items from all over the world to share with the rest of New Zealand, many are winning awards in major chilli and world competitions. These are ones that you cannot get elsewhere in New Zealand. I also have a few local suppliers for the rest of the country to sample their delights.
